ACCOMMODATION

A lovely timber-framed barn conversion contains two cottages, nestled amongst trees with a stunning view of the 3-acre stream fed lake. There is a paved area with direct access to the garden. Sleeping a maximum of four, the Lodges are ideal for small family holidays or a relaxing break from work. There are lovely walks around the farm and the local pubs serve excellent food. The Axe and Compasses in Arkesden, a thatched pub with open fire, is an enjoyable 30-minute walk by footpaths and country lanes or less then 5 minutes by car. There is easy access to Saffron Walden with its busy local market on Tuesdays and Saturdays and Cambridge is half an hour by road. London is accessible in under an hour from Audley End Station.

Both have 5* ratings and can be booked directly through the farm.
